Do you offer custom filter sizes or configurations?
Yes. We manufacture filters in standard and custom dimensions to fit a wide variety of enclosures and systems. Please contact our engineering team with your airflow requirements, dimensions, and environment specifications for a custom quote.
-
Are your filters suitable for use in cleanrooms?
Yes. We offer ULPA and H14-rated HEPA filters suitable for ISO Class 3–7 cleanrooms. Filters can be supplied with gel-seal or knife-edge frames to meet specific containment requirements.
-
How often should a HEPA filter be replaced?
Replacement frequency depends on the environment, airflow volume, and particle load. In typical commercial applications, HEPA filters last 2–5 years. In high-particulate environments (construction, heavy manufacturing), replacement may be needed annually. We recommend monitoring differential pressure as the primary indicator.
-
Can HEPA filters be cleaned or washed?
No. HEPA filter media is not washable or reusable. Attempting to wash or vacuum the media damages the fibers and compromises filter integrity. When a HEPA filter reaches end of life, it must be replaced.
-
What is differential pressure and why does it matter?
Differential pressure (dP) is the difference in air pressure across the filter. As a filter loads with particles, resistance increases and dP rises. Most systems use a dP gauge or sensor to trigger a filter change before airflow drops below required levels. We provide recommended dP limits for each filter series.
-
How should a used HEPA filter be disposed of?
Disposal regulations vary by application. Filters used in healthcare or hazardous environments may be classified as regulated waste and require bagging and labeling before disposal. Always consult local regulations. We can provide guidance for specific industries or regions.
-
What is your minimum order quantity?
For standard catalog products, we have no minimum order quantity for sample or evaluation purposes. Volume pricing is available for orders of 10 units or more. Custom filter orders may require minimum quantities — contact us for details.
-
Do you offer technical support for filter selection?
Yes. Our applications engineering team can help you select the right filter for your system based on airflow rate, required efficiency, temperature/humidity conditions, and space constraints. Reach out via our website or email.
-
What is your warranty policy?
Our filters are warranted to meet rated efficiency at time of shipment when handled and installed per our guidelines. Warranty does not cover damage from improper installation, operation outside rated conditions, or physical damage after delivery. Full warranty terms are included in product documentation.
-
Do you provide filter test reports or documentation?
Yes. Factory test reports, material safety data sheets (MSDS/SDS), and compliance certificates are available for all production filters.
